Aidan Lakes is an experienced provider of Counselling and Psychotherapy Services in Newbridge, Co. Kildare and in Dublin 2. Aidan has over 20 years experience as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, not only in private practice in Newbridge, Co. Kildare and in Dublin 2, but also in national and regional public services.
He now concentrates primarily on his private counselling and psychotherapy practice in Newbridge, Co. Kildare and Dublin as well as working as an affiliate therapist for Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
Using a one-to-one personal approach which integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness techniques, Aidan can help ease distress and encourage positive change in his clients’ lives. He is available to provide counselling for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work-related stress, family support and bereavement.
